Every piece is packed by hand and delivered free anywhere in Pakistan. This policy sets out dispatch times, delivery terms and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
Orders are confirmed within one working day. A 50% advance payment is required on every order, including Cash on Delivery, before dispatch. Dispatch timelines begin from the date the advance is received and verified.
Orders are dispatched in 2–4 working days. Larger pieces such as floor lamps, bar carts, consoles and marble tables may take slightly longer while we prepare protective crating.
Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch. Other cities across Pakistan: typically 3–7 working days. All timelines are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed; Sundays, public holidays and events beyond our control may cause delay.
We offer free delivery across Pakistan on every order. Fragile and oversized pieces are sent by a specialist courier to protect glass, crystal, stone and marble. We currently deliver to ground-floor or accessible entrances only; installation and lifting to upper floors are not included.
You are responsible for providing a complete, correct address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after reasonable attempts, or the balance payment is refused on delivery, re-delivery or return charges actually incurred may be recovered from you or deducted from any refund.
Sculptures, crystal lamps and marble bases are wrapped individually in foam and double-boxed. Please inspect the outer carton on arrival and record any visible damage with the courier before signing. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery at the address provided, or to any person accepting delivery there on your behalf.
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will repair, replace or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policies.

We currently ship within Pakistan only. For international enquiries, write to avanidecore@gmail.com and we will quote freight individually; any duties, taxes and customs clearance would be the buyer's responsibility.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gujrat.
