Terms of Service

This website is operated by Avani Premium ("Avani Premium", "we", "us" or "our"), a business based in Pakistan selling sculptures, lighting, consoles, tables and related design objects. These Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us.

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Contract Act, 1872. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Orders placed through this website, and confirmations sent by email or WhatsApp, are valid electronic communications and are recognised as binding under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002. You agree that electronic records and confirmations may be used as evidence in any dispute.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (email or WhatsApp) and the required payment has been received. Until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example if a piece is sold out, if a listing or pricing error has occurred, if the delivery address is outside our service area, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

Where an order is cancelled by us, any amount already paid is refunded in full to the original payment source.

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may be revised at any time before your order is confirmed. Nationwide delivery within Pakistan is free unless expressly stated on the product page.

In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we are not obliged to supply the item at the incorrect price and will offer you the corrected price or a full refund.

We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. For every order, including Cash on Delivery, a 50% advance payment is required before dispatch, with the balance payable on delivery or as otherwise agreed in writing. Orders remain unconfirmed until the advance is received and verified.

Bank transfers are processed in accordance with the Payment Systems and Electronic Fund Transfers Act, 2007. You are responsible for ensuring that payment is made from an account lawfully held by you.

Ownership of goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, or to any person accepting delivery at that address on your behalf.

Our pieces use natural and handworked materials such as marble, stone, brass, metal, wood, glass and crystal. Colour, veining, grain, plating tone and finish vary from piece to piece, and screen calibration and photographic lighting affect how a product appears online. Dimensions are approximate and subject to a reasonable manufacturing tolerance. Such variation is a characteristic of the product and is not a defect under the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other and do not apply to items already reduced or on promotion. Our 5% code for orders above PKR 100,000 applies to full-price items only. We may withdraw or amend any promotion at any time before an order is confirmed.

Because most pieces are produced in very small numbers, a maximum of 2 units per item may be purchased in a single order. For larger, project or trade quantities, please contact us directly.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation, including the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014, the Islamabad Consumer Protection Act, 1995, and equivalent provincial laws, or under the Sale of Goods Act, 1930.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable electrical supply, voltage fluctuation, or normal wear and tear. Lighting products must be installed by a qualified electrician.

We are not responsible for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, civil unrest, natural disaster, epidemic, fire, courier failure, import restriction, power outage, internet disruption or acts of government.

You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with its operation. Such conduct is an offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All photography, text, designs, product names and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Avani Premium and are protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The parties will first attempt to settle any dispute amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gujrat, Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
